Physiotherapy Assessment

We start with this assessment to get a full picture of your medical background, current challenges, how you're moving and what you would like to focus on. This will allow us to get to know each other, set some goals and form a treatment plan.

Physiotherapy treatment

A follow up treatment appointment working towards your goals and progressing or adapting the plan as required.

We offer various frequencies depending on need.​
​
Intensive = multiple sessions weekly to get you back on track.​
Regular = every 1-2 weeks for as long as needed.​
Maintenance = monthly visits for check-ins and motivation.

Massage with movement
​

For largely chair or bedbound patients, gentle massage and guided movement to maintain range of movement, promote circulation, ease pain and improve wellbeing.
