With 14 years as a qualified Physiotherapist, Helen came into the profession after experiencing wonderful healthcare professionals supporting her dad prior to his passing away in 2006.

 

She specialises in healthcare of the older person, having worked as a Consultant Therapist in falls prevention & management in the NHS, working within physical and mental health services and supporting other therapists as their Professional Lead.

With 15 years as a qualified Physiotherapist supporting people in the community with falls and frailty, and a further 11 years prior to this as a Physiotherapy Assistant within mental health services, Tracey joins the team with an absolute wealth of experience!

Due to her background, she has a special interest in supporting people who may be struggling with with mental health and those with dementia.
